I have known Nathan for a really long time and this story was really shocking. This is a classic example of a good guy that made a really bad mistake. Luckily no one was seriously injured.

Feel sorry for the guy hes really not a bad guy.

I use to work with this guy, he was a little off but for the most part he was a good guy and when you mix two depressants together like pill and alcohol, its the worst things to mix and bad things happen.

Did this guy work at sportsman warehouse? he looks really familiar...

I know Nathan personally, and its just crazy. He is the last person on earth that i would expect this to happen. Of course most college kids like to drink and party, but ive never seen this side of him. What a big mistake he made. I feel for his family. Take care

Sucks for us gun owners that know better than this but have to share in the reprocutions. There are no excuses, If he was taking meds and could potentially go crazy he should have removed access to the guns before taking the meds. Sounds like he could be using the meds story as enxucse too. Probably got the idea from the xanax crazed chimp story lately...

I know Nathan and he is a good guy, medication and alcohol can be a deadly combination. I feel for his family!

R February 27, 2009 9:02 pm (Pacific time)

I'm sure this is because of a lethal mix of booze and either a sleeping pill or anti depressant like Xanax. He is a good guy with great gun safety, too bad to see this happen

He sure is a good candidate for medical marijuana lol

I wonder what medication caused this. It's a pretty safe bet that it was either ambien or some sort of selective seratonin reuptake inhibitor.
