Circumcision: Cycle of Betrayal, Signature's Desire and Dismissive Cognition

(MONTEREY, CA) - The psychological indicators of serial sexual predation are the same as those in the religious ritual of circumcision. The timeline between social initiation of circumcision and subsequent development of serial killing as we know it today illustrates connection.

The five main motivators discussed in Professor Catherine Bell’s Ritual Theory, Ritual Practice are: power, control, authority, manipulation and domination.

The FBI uses these same indicators in books by initiators of Behavioral Analysis - Criminal Profiling. Yet they add the motivator of selfishness. Authors include, in part: John Douglas, Robert Ressler, Roy Hazelwood and Ann Burgess.

Motivational Cycle of Betrayal

The motivational process of most sexual crime is circular. It starts with a Betrayal and ends with a subsequent Betrayal. Then the process of the Cycle proceeds as a wheel moving forward toward new territory.

Seventy-six percent of rapists were abused themselves as children.[3] This is true with circumcision and its societal structure. Child abuse and other types of abuse are generational. Circumcision is a type of Munchausen by Proxy.

Passing on experienced trauma by doing the same to others is a Repetition Compulsion. The act is to fill a lacking in the perpetrator’s own inner self-worth.

1. 1: The cycle begins with feeling of Betrayal, whether conscious or subconscious.
2. The victim tries to psychologically mediate by obtaining and exercising Power.
3. Performing a power-based action on another person is to affect Control over them.
4. This gives the perpetrator, whether an individual or a social force, a sense of assumed Authority. It also assumes a right to exercise influence over another person’s life personally as well as those residing within the Social Body.
5. The active component is a Manipulation. Ritual manipulates objects.[4] Circumcision’s object is the genitals.
6. Domination is established by a successful manipulation.
7. Acts are perpetrated out of Selfishness. Selfishness in circumcision is narcissism, the common factor with serial sexual predators. If unchallenged, rule is established with maintenance assured.
8. The outcome is another act of Betrayal setting the stage to be cyclically repeated.

Signature’s Desire

Signature is the ritual of a crime, the psychological drive to commit the act. It does not change.[5] Signature’s Desire is: power, control and domination.

Circumcision’s Signature is a genital attack. Circumcision is a Genital Dismemberment. Dismemberment of any body part is indicative of a Lust Crime.

Authority within the Cycle of Betrayal is a fallacy-based assumption in criminal behavior, including circumcision.

The active component is a Manipulation. Manipulation is the Modus Operandi – how the act is performed. Modus Operandi changes over time to ensure continued success. The perpetrator starts where most comfortable.

Selfishness is the end-point to circumcision’s improper behavior of self and social glorification.

Dismissive Cognition

Dismissive Cognition is putting aside Cognitive Dissonance which is the feeling of discomfort while, at the same, time holding two or more cognitions as ideas, beliefs, values or emotions.

Four elements of Dismissive Cognition are denial, deferral, deflection,[6] and deceit. Self-deceit is the end-point of internal communications in Transactional Analysis and is the Game – which is inherently dishonest.[7, 8]

After the internal game is structured, the Game extends to communications with other people and actions against others, including medicine and religion.

A hallmark of Dismissive Cognition is not ceasing Cognitive Dissonance, as deciding not to perform circumcisions. This allows serving two masters. In 1987 Wiswell, author of debunked UTI studies stated Munchausen for Profit:[9]

I have some good friends who are obstetricians outside the military, and the look at a foreskin and almost see a $125 price tag on it. Each one is that much money. Heck, if I do 10 a week, that’s over $1,000 a week and they don’t take that much time.

Dismissive Cognition and Cognitive Dissonance does not exist in medicine or religious ritual where Doubling is the factor of thinking they are doing constructive work in a slaughterhouse.[10]
