(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Williams Kastner announced today they will be hosting a complimentary seminar for the Portland business community to address how the new "no-match" regulations and recent federal immigration enforcement laws impact current business practices.

Two of the firm's immigration practice group leaders, Sharon Peters and Darren Feider, will present an overview of the new laws and provide legal insight on how to best avoid the common obstacles presented by this recent regulation.

Discussion topics will include the I-9 process; No-Match Letters -- How to Respond; Discrimination and Civil Liability; Enforcement and Workers' Rights and Immigration Tips and Traps.

There will be an open Q&A session following the presentation for related attendee questions.

The breakfast seminar will take place Thursday, February 28th at the Multnomah Athletic Club (1849 S.W. Salmon Street, Portland, OR).
