Police Investigate Injury Shooting Near North Killingsworth Street and North Commercial Avenue

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Portland Police officers responded to a shooting in the area of North Killingsworth Street and North Commercial Avenue Sunday evening.
Sergeant Greg Stewart with the Portland Police Bureau, says the shooting was reported Sunday at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Officers discovered that a male in his 20's had been shot, and he was subsequently transported to a local area hospital.
Stewart says the injuries are not believed to be life threatening at this time.
He did not specify whether or not the shooting was gang-related.
