(SALEM, Ore.) - As reported by the TimeTurk News Agency, Turkish authorities met representatives of ISIL terrorist group (Daesh) and held talks with them a few weeks ago in Turkey. The Dashy Delegation, headed by Abu Hamza al-Baghdadi, entered Ankara by Turkish National Intelligence Organization's (MİT) special plane.

A well-informed sources in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who requested anonymity, said in this regard: Abu Hamza al-Baghdadi as the head of ISIL's representatives formally asked the AK Party authorities to establish the first formal political bureau of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria in the city of Izmir.

Abu Hamza al-Baghdadi also called for more coordination and financial and military assistance in private meetings with Turkish Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Çavuşoğlu and Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Yalçın Akdoğan.

It is said Abu Hamza al-Baghdadi, at the request of the Turkish security forces, is responsible for designing and implementing suicide operations in the People's Democracy Party election campaigns, especially in the city of Diyarbakir.

On 5 June 2015, two days before the 2015 general election, two bombs exploded at the rally in Diyarbakır, just before the party's chairman Selahattin Demirtaş was scheduled to speak.

Two people were killed and over 100 were injured, with the rally being disbanded following the incident.
