(SALEM) - Good Morning! Here is your morning Salem and Portland traffic and weather report from Salem-News.com.

Salem area traffic report:

Expect normal backups heading into the city this morning on Commercial St, the Center Street Bridge, Lancaster Drive, and Mission St. I-5 between Salem and Portland, and Highway 22 east and west is reported clear.

Portland area traffic report: No accidents being reported.

Salem Road Construction Report:

Madrona Ave S Between Biegler Ln S and Karen Ave S. Monday through 5/18 - 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Traffic reduced to one lane with flaggers for water line installation

Turner Road under I-5: Monday through Thursday and April 29th through May 3rd, Turner Road will close from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Detour signs guiding traffic around Turner Road are in place. Watch for occasional daytime single-lane closures with traffic controlled by flaggers; expect delays. Please use alternate routes.

Felton St S Between Ewald Ave S and North Dead End. Monday through 6/22 - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Street closure for water line installation.

Karen Ave S Between Madrona Ave S and South Dead End. Monday through 6/22 - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Street closure for water line installation.

The Polk County Public Works Department: Perrydale Road will be closed near Webb Lane from Monday through Wednesday. No thru traffic will be allowed. Perrydale Road will be accessible north of Webb Lane and south of Reed Lane.

WEDNESDAY: MOSTLY CLOUDY IN THE MORNING, THEN MOSTLY SUNNY. PATCHY FOG IN THE MORNING. HIGHS AROUND 60. NORTHWEST WIND 5 TO 10 MPH.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT: PARTLY CLOUDY. LOWS AROUND 40.

THURSDAY: MOSTLY SUNNY. HIGHS AROUND 65.
