One of the real social and medical mysteries in the U.S. is that many consider cannabis cigarettes as dangerous as tobacco cigarettes.

I wasn’t surprised that a high court in the U.S. finally found the Tobacco Companies guilty of fraudulently advertising a very lethal drug which kills about 400,000 people each year and that is just the U.S.

There is not much doubt amongst Biblical scholars that the Hebrew Bible contains some highly charged non-ethical suggestions, some of which are no less than a call for a genocide.
Biblical scholar Raymund Schwager has found in the Old Testament 600 passages of explicit violence, 1000 descriptive verses of God's own violent actions of punishment, 100 passages where God expressly commands others to kill people.
The folks aren't monkeying around on either side of this issue.

The Humane Society of the United States, Born Free USA and the Oregon Humane Society applaud the Oregon House Environment and Water Committee for passing S.B. 391 to prohibit dangerous wild animals as pets.
S.B. 391, introduced by Sens. Mark Hass, D-14, and Brian Boquist, D-23, would prohibit private possession of wild animals in the state, including alligators, monkeys, lions, tigers and bears. The measure has passed the Senate and now moves to the full House.
Cascade High School softball team bus collides with stopped passenger vehicle.
(COTTAGE GROVE, Ore.) -
Police say two members of the Cascade Senior High School softball team from Turner, Oregon and an adult male driver of a vehicle were injured Tuesday evening when the team's bus collided with vehicle that was stopped in a northbound lane of Interstate 5 about four miles south of Cottage Grove.
OSP Lieutenant Mike Bloom says tonight at approximately 7:40 p.m. a passenger vehicle driven by an adult male was stopped in the right northbound lane of Interstate 5 near milepost 170.
