A Theatrical Summer in Gaza

The plays are being performed twice a day every day until mid-August for whoever is in Gaza and whoever can get to Gaza. All are welcome.

(GAZA CITY) - Gaza Summer Games As soon as school ends, the entire Gaza Strip will begin the season of summer camps. There are plenty of options for kids, all organised by one group or another. Especially interesting is the Summer Games of UNRWA, now in its fourth year.

In 2007, UNRWA offered a wide range of activities, including swimming, crafts, kite-making and kite-flying, gymnastics for both boys and girls, and theatre, to name a few.

What does too much time in front of the TV mean for kids in the long run?

(MADRID) - Kid with a TV It is not wrong to spend hours in front of the T.V. What is wrong is the social passivity that reality has created; it does not know how to look for other ways to spend its leisure time. This represents an empirical example of something that is not working. In principle, it seems as if reading, discussions, family time, friend reunions and studies are things of another world.

This issue becomes somewhat critical when the ones to be affected are children that spend too much time in front of the television.

(ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.) - Wiltshire Coroner David Masters I noticed a recent verdict by the UK’s Wiltshire Coroner David Masters regarding the deaths by friendly fire of three British soldiers in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.

Coroner Masters correctly noted that the deaths were caused by friendly fire as a result of a British Forward Air Controller (FAC) who gave the American F-15 the wrong coordinate locations for dropping a 500 pound bomb.

Settlers Attack Israeli Soldiers, Wounding One

Rabbis for a Human Rights organization warned that the settlers are escalating their attacks and demanded the Israeli army to provide immediate protection to the Palestinian villages.

(JERUSALEM IMEMC & Agencies) - Israeli settlers Israeli sources reported that a group of settlers of the Yitzhar illegal settlement, attacked several soldiers and lightly wounded one soldiers Thursday.

The settlers were on their way to attack a Palestinian village, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and the army arrived at the scene in an attempt to stop them.
