What about the safety of the people of Gaza? One wonders, living here. What about the safety of the children in the schools near the border that are shot at, of the pregnant women, over whom the F-16 circles?

(GAZA) - Gaza solidarity The air is filled with the noise of the Israeli F-16s, which are flying so low that it's almost like the air is trembling.

You can positively feel the bombs before they fall, before they explode with a horrendous bang, that is unmistakable, with a pressure wave that breaks the windows of the houses in the whole surrounding area, and makes the walls shake miles away.

Today's "The Good Stuff" award goes to Patrick O'Brien Rolleston Jr. and Urban Young Life.

(CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.) - Rolleston with students after muddy game of Tug-of-War I met someone I can’t wait to tell you about. I hope you meet him one day too because his eyes are so kind and blue, words don't do them justice.

His voice has a hint of his Appalachian roots. His sandy hair and beard must be from the Patrick O'Brien side, but the Rolleston in him makes you feel as if he could wrap you up in a warm bear hug.

The Samouni Family Children - Survivors of the Israeli Massacre

Shame on all of us for allowing this to happen and to go completely unpunished.

(GAZA) - Little Ahmed, shot twice in the chest, died after days without medical care as the Israeli's would not allow it. January 12, 2011 is a day I will never forget, visiting the Samouni family could not possibly be anything but a life-changing event.

Words simply cannot describe the devastation wrought upon this family by a marauding band of Israeli psychopaths, otherwise known as the Givati Brigade of the Israeli Defence Forces.

Oregon`s AG Wants Legislature to Strengthen Oregon`s Child Pornography Law

The decision is in response to a Supreme Court decision striking down two child pornography convictions.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Oregon AG John Kroger Attorney General John Kroger today said he would draft legislation to fix Oregon’s possession of child pornography law in response to an adverse court ruling.

“It is vitally important that we have every law enforcement tool available to fight child pornography,” said Attorney General Kroger.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - 16-year old Elizabeth Donald 16-year old Elizabeth Donald is missing from the Portland area; now classified as a Endangered Runaway. Elizabeth was last seen on the 24th of November 2010. Police say she could be in the company of one or more adult males.

Elizabeth's ears are pierced, her nicknames are Lyz, Lizzie and Ellen. She has also gone by the name of Ellen in the past and also Madelyn.

US Senate: The Grinch that Stole Christmas 2010

Angela M. Kelly of the Washington-D.C-based Center for American Progress Action Fund termed the Senate vote a “Grinch-like rejection.”

(LAS CRUCES, N.M.) - Dream Act By a margin of five votes, the DREAM Act failed today to achieve the 60 votes necessary to ensure its passage in the US Senate. First introduced in 2001, the Dream Act would have provided a pathway to legalization for hundreds of thousands of undocumented young people who enroll in college or join the US military.

The vote fell on December 18, which is celebrated around the world as International Migrants Day.

Marisela Escobedo Ortiz, mother of 16-year old Rubi Marisol Frayre Escobedo, was gunned down December 16 by an assassin in front of the state capital building in Chihuahua City as she protested her daughter’s case.
