Fox News owner Alwaleed bin Talal, who, according to Fox News, has ties to terrorist organizations and the Iranian government, also owns, of course, Fox News and pays the salaries of those who say the man funding the Ground Zero Mosque is a terrorist.

Student Exchange Organization Seeks Salem Families

STS Foundation, a non profit student exchange organization, is proud to help facilitate these relationships. They have been doing so for more than 20 years and look forward to finding new host families in Salem and connecting them with exchange students.

(SALEM, Ore.) - International high school exchange students are coming to study in the Salem area during the 2010-11 school year.

These students will integrate themselves into a Salem area family with the goal of experiencing American culture as an American high school student does. In turn they will provide insight into their own culture.

Controversy Over Muslim Cultural Center Near Ground Zero

Racism and bigotry are alive and well in America.

(SAN FRANCISCO) - Lost in the shuffle about the protests of building a cultural center near Ground Zero is that a number of Muslims died at the towers that day -- not just the nut cases in the planes -- and that nearly all Muslims adamantly opposed the actions and events that took place on 9/11, and denounced them strongly, saying that the Islamic religion in no way condones it.

The controversy has been inaccurately dubbed the "Ground Zero mosque."

Saudi Arabia Urged Not to Deliberately Paralyze Man as Retribution Punishment

Saudi Arabia regularly sentences people to various forms of corporal punishment.

(TABUK, Saudi Arabia) - Amnesty International has urged the Saudi Arabian authorities not to deliberately paralyze a man in retribution for similar injuries he allegedly caused during a fight.

Reports say a court in Tabuk, in the north-west of the country, had approached a number of hospitals about the possibility of cutting the man’s spinal cord to carry out the punishment of qisas (retribution), as requested by the injured victim.
