Vietnam-era chemical poison on US farms

America's farmlands are to be carpet-bombed with Vietnam-era Agent Orange chemical if approved, in what is the latest example of how the US commits acts of war against humanity.

(WASHINGTON D.C. Press TV) - Salem-News.com Considered by world nations to be a "Weapon of Mass Destruction" (WMD), a key chemical in Agent Orange, 2, 4-D, may be dropped on US farmland in a few months time.

According to an article published on Tuesday, the US govt. may soon approve the petition of the Dow AgroSciences Chemical Company to unleash Agent Orange on agricultural land across the United States.

(LONDON) - Len Aldis in Vietnam with Agent Orange Victims While in Ho Chi Minh City on 12th December I decided to deliver by hand a letter to the office of Monsanto. On arrival was told that the director was away on business out of the country, this was the same excuse given a few years earlier.

However I explained to the young Vietnamese lady my disappointment and asked that I would like to have a reply.

New center for Agent Orange victims in Quang Ngai

VAVA will coordinate to eventually build 55 such operations in most localities nationwide to help AO victims.

(DA NANG, Vietnam) - Agent Orange activists in Quang Ngai, Vietnam. A new rehabilitation center was inaugurated on Monday and put into operation to provide shelter, healthcare, and treatment for victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin.

Located on an area of 900 square meters in Nghia Thang Commune of Tu Nghia District, the well-equipped facility is able to offer treatment and training for the victims, who stay as day boarders.

(LONDON) - Vietnam Veterans against Agent Orange I returned to London on 16th December and while in Ho Chi Minh City along with others that included an Member of Parliament, representatives of the Foreign Office and the BBC World Service, we visited Children at the Tu Du Hospital affected by Agent Orange.

Dow Chemical was one of the companies that manufactured Agent Orange and has been given the contract for the Olympic Stadium that we are campaigning on to get cancelled.

Wartime airbase dioxin to be cleaned up

(BINH DINH, Vietnam) - Agent Orange being sprayed over Vietnam A ground-breaking ceremony was held at Phu Cat airbase yesterday morning for a 5,400 cubic metre landfill site which will be used to isolate dioxin.

Phu Cat airbase was used to launch herbicide spraying missions during the American War, making it one of three contaminated hotspots along with the airports at Bien Hoa and Da Nang.

(NEW YORK) - Monsanto death In a groundbreaking study published in Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry last month, researchers found that glyphosate, the active ingredient in the herbicide “Roundup,” is flowing freely into the groundwater in areas where it is being applied.

The researchers found that 41% of the 140 groundwater samples taken from Catalonia Spain, had levels beyond the limit of quantification – indicating that, despite manufacturer’s claims, it does not break down rapidly in the environment, and is accumulating there in concerning quantities.

PTSD: Medical Marijuana Clinical Studies Confirm Benefits

About fifty years late.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - Sour diesel strain of cannabis being grown for medical purposes that could in turn, be used to treat PTSD West Coast Leaf- winter edition, just published the results of a two-year clinical trial about cannabis for PTSD comparing about 40 victims receiving cannabis with about 40 who did not. This work was done at Bat-Yam in Israel and reported at the Cannabinoid Conference 2011 in Bonn, Germany.

The Israeli Army has been using cannabis successfully for its soldiers for since it was officially announced by the IDF (Israeli Defence Forces) but this seems to be the first clinically controlled study.
