(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Elvy Musikka Elvy Musikka is one of four patients to receive medical marijuana from the U.S. federal government. She endorses the three state initiatives to legalize marijuana which Oregon, Colorado and Washington state will be deciding in the November 6, 2012 election.

Elvy receives 300 pre-rolled marijuana cigarettes each month, amounting to six pounds of marijuana each year.

Dubbed “The Hilo 14”, they were charged with conspiracy to manufacture, distribute and possess with intent to distribute 284 marijuana plants.
