4th Drowning Victim of Weekend

Record temperatures send many to the water for relief, but without the proper safety devices

(OREGON CITY) - Clackamas County Sherrif dive rescue team Another apparent drowning has occurred, with the report of a 12-year old girl missing in Roslyn Lake, near Oregon City.

Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Marine Rescue and The Clackamas County Water Rescue Consortium are on scene actively searching the lake, and say that four girls, ages 12, 13 and two 17-year olds, were wading in the water about 100 yards from the shore with no life jackets, and waded into a deep hole.

A boater came to the aid of the four girls. The 13-year old was rescued, and provided medical attention on shore and transported by AMR to the Mt Hood Medical Center.

Unfortunately, the 12-year old is still missing and divers are working in the area of this body of water to assume this recovery effort.

Clackamas Murder Suspect Identified

(OREGON CITY) - Joseph Ray Oneil The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office has identified the suspect believed responsible for the double murder of Timmie and Craig Stumpf. This in custody suspect is identified as 25-year old Joseph Ray Oneil, the biological son of the deceased female Timmie L. Stumpf.

Clackamas County Sheriff's investigators discovered the bodies of Timmie L. Stumpf and her spouse, Craig Stephen Stumpf Friday inside their residence located on SW Boones Bend Road, in Wilsonville.

The son, Joseph Ray Oneil was rapidly declared as a person of interest concerning this murder investigation, and law enforcement groups were immediately notified of the crime's possible connection to Joseph Oneil.
