Prove What You Don`t Have

Those who insisted that Iraq prove that it didn't have what it said it didn't have simply rejected Iraq's denial, which cost a million and a half lives and trillions of dollars.

(MANAMA, Bahrain) - No WMD Prove that you don't have what I believe you have! That was an exact demand made on Saddam Hussein. He scoffed. That brought "shock and awe", and Saddam was hanged on the mother of all ropes.

Prove that you don't have weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). The neocons sold the logic of that empty demand and the American public bought it.

(HIROSHIMA) - Dr. Mazin Qumsiyeh in Hiroshima I and Oliver Stone both spoke at Hiroshima on the anniversary of the first nuclear bombing in human history and we are slated to speak in two days at Nagasaki on the anniversary of the second nuclear attack.

Harry Truman and Memory of Mass Murder

Weeks before the first bomb was dropped, Japan expressed its desire to surrender and end the war.

(WASHINGTON DC) - Harry Truman Harry Truman spoke in the U.S. Senate on June 23, 1941: "If we see that Germany is winning," he said, "we ought to help Russia, and if Russia is winning we ought to help Germany, and that way let them kill as many as possible."

Did Truman value Japanese lives above Russian and German? There is nothing anywhere to suggest that he did.

(KANSAS CITY) - Senators Mark Udall (D-Colo.) and Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) Senators Mark Udall (D-Colo.) and Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) reintroduced their bipartisan plan to create an independent advisory panel to help Cold War workers from Oak Ridge and other nuclear weapons facilities.

They're trying to help employees get the help they need to treat cancer and other illnesses they developed as a result of exposure to radiation.
