(LOS ANGELES) -
The Associated Press broke a story late Sunday that the U.S. Department of Justice will be issuing new guidelines Monday to U.S. Attorneys regarding an official policy toward medical marijuana.
The Department of Justice posted the memorandum regarding those guidelines on their blog early Monday morning.
In spite of the news, a number of restrictions remain.
(WASHINGTON D.C.) -
The Associated Press broke a story late Sunday that the U.S. Department of Justice will be issuing new guidelines Monday to U.S. Attorneys regarding an official policy toward medical marijuana.
While the guidelines are yet to be released, advocates are hailing this formal policy as a major victory in the effort to allow states to implement medical marijuana laws without interference from the federal government.
ABC touts new PMS drug.
(MOLALLA, Ore.) -
Some may think this is an unusual trio for a title but the three are closely inter-related. PMS affects about 15% of women, some severely. It is related to cyclic hormonal changes familiar to all females.
Although the hormonal changes are responsible, the real culprit seems to be a Prostaglandin which causes the cramps.
“Lets get Leveque” was the chant of the Oregon Medical Board during the early years of medical marijuana.
(MOLALLA, Ore.) -
Readers maybe startled to read this title as I was when it was scathingly thrown at me at a Kangaroo Court by the Oregon Medical Board – FBI (Foolish Beyond Ignorance). I couldn’t believe my ears.
I couldn’t believe my eyes either as I saw some ten members of the Oregon Medical Board sit there like dunces with their pointy hats ostensibly believing and agreeing with every word of the Board Chairman Dr. Frank Spokas of Ontario, Oregon. Other members of the board seemed to be sitting there dumbly taking this all in.
Jack Herer is recovering from a heart attack, but his mission to bring hemp into the spotlight as an answer for multiple problems, continues.
(SALEM, Ore.) -
Jack Herer is a very resilient fellow. 40 years ago he was a Goldwater Republican. Nine years ago he suffered a minor heart attack, and a major stroke. All these calamaties and more, he survived.
But his fight continues. For the last four weeks, Jack has been in a Portland Oregon hospital, slowly recovering from a heart attack. On Monday, he was discharged from Legacy Emanuel Hospital, and was moved to a nursing facility in Eugene.
And medical marijuana orgasms.
(MOLALLA, Ore.) -
I posted the first article Sept. 8, 2009. I was surprised that dozens of others had posted articles from all over the country indicating that Gestapo-like tactics of marijuana police are routine and terribly vicious. Most actions seem to be directed at sick and/or disabled patients. My article attracted a good amount of Web traffic.
Just for the halibut, I punched up Medical Marijuana Orgasms. I have never gotten over my astonishment at the informational kaleidoscopic results which showed up. I’m over-awed!!
