One defendant faces a possible maximum statutory sentence of 474 years imprisonment and a $10.9 million fine.

The superseding indictment charged Carleta Carolina and Wayne White with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and other charges.

Taking Down the Gangs of New York

In the pre-dawn chill of upstate New York, nearly 600 local, state, and federal law enforcement officers assembled at the armory this morning to prepare for one of the area's largest gang takedowns in recent memory.

(NEW YORK) - FBI mobile command posts staged at the armory in Newburgh. Indictments were unsealed against 78 members of two violent street gangs—the Bloods and the Latin Kings.

Many of the unsuspecting gang members were about to wake up to SWAT teams, handcuffs, and a variety of federal drug charges.
