Amber Alert Issued for Ohio Boy

Anyone with information is asked to call the Ohio State Police at 1-877-262-3764 or dial 911.

(TROY, Ohio) - Zane Bedinger The State of Ohio issued the Amber Alert Thursday afternoon (07-08) after the boy was reportedly abducted by the suspect in Troy.

The suspect is wanted in conjunction with a homicide and is considered armed and dangerous.

(MENDOCINO, Calif.) - KZYX&Z On March 23, 2010, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors enacted an ordinance that quadrupled the number of medical marijuana plant that can be grown on a parcel of land.

The new ordinance allows gardens up to 99 plants, if growers apply for a variance to the county's 25-plant limit. In other words, the new ordinance requires proper licensing and law enforcement scrutiny.

Honduran Man Faces Sentencing for Heroin Trafficking Tied to Death of Young Oregon Resident

The suspect had entered the U.S. illegally, prior to the alleged crime.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Judge's gavel On July 8, 2010, Antonio Cruz, an illegal alien from Honduras, is going to be sentenced for his involvement in trafficking heroin into Portland, Oregon.

Cruz has been traced back as the supplier for the black tar heroin that killed 21-year-old Kyle Whipps, a Sisters, OR resident visiting Portland for a series of concerts in September 2008.

The suspect vehicle is a Brown 2007 four-door Ford Taurus with Saskatchewan tag number 250-FMA.

(REGINA, Saskatchewan) - 4-year old Samantha Martyn is the victim, the suspect is Christopher Martyn. The State of North Dakota issued an Amber Alert Tuesday afternoon 6 July 2010 after the girl was reportedly abducted in Regina, Saskatchewan Canada on Monday (07-05).

The suspect is believed to be in South Dakota with the victim and the victim's mother. The girl's mother is also believed to be in danger.

The most high profile assassination of a Mexican political official since 1994 happened Monday in Tamaulipas, when the man running for the governor's seat in this state, Rodolfo Torre Cantu, was gunned down, along with his entourage, in a highway ambush.

Rodolfo Cantu was the animated and vibrant candidate for the PRI, the Institutional Revolutionary Party, which governed Mexico for 71 years until 2000.
