Amber Alert Issued for 13-Year Old California Girl

Anyone with information is asked to call the Orange County Sheriff's Department at 714-647-7000 or dial 911.

(RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA) - The victim is 13-year old Cheyenne Bradford, the suspect's name is David Burton Egert. The State of California issued an Amber Alert Monday afternoon in regard to an underage girl who apparently left her home in Rancho Santa Margarita on Wednesday 7 July 2010 with the suspect.

Deputies in Orange County say the girl and the suspect had explicit exchanges on social networking sites and the suspect has been known to associate with sex crimes registrants.

The officer weeped as he testified that the shooting of Oscar Grant was a tragic accident caused by accidentally grabbing his firearm instead of an electric Taser weapon.

Inmate Dies in Agony While Pleading for Help

A torturous agonizing death for a U.S. federal inmate with several serious undiagnosed deadly medical problems.

(PEKIN, Ill.) - Adam Montoya For days before he died in a federal prison, Adam Montoya pleaded with guards to be taken to a doctor, pressing a panic button in his cell over and over to summon help that never came.

An autopsy concluded that the 36-year-old inmate suffered from cancer, hepatitis and HIV. The cancer ultimately killed him, causing his spleen to burst. Montoya bled to death internally.
