Pakistan Hits Back in UK Visa Scandal

The NADRA chairman said The Sun story was totally incorrect, false and malicious. He said the story seemed to have been crafted to defame Pakistan.

Independence Day is a Popular Date for Naturalization Ceremonies

Thirty-six sailors, Marines and soldiers from 19 countries, became U.S. citizenship during the ceremony.

(OVERLAND PARK, KS) - One of the U.S. Marines who became a naturalized citizen. The July 4 holiday is a fitting time to take the oath of U.S. citizenship and many courts across the country hold naturalization ceremonies at historic locations in their community. The 2012 highlights included:

District Judge David Waxse (D. Kan.) presided at the Overland Park, Kansas ceremony, administering the oath to 95 new citizens in 104 degree heat. Congressman Kevin Yoder was a featured speaker.

Enrique was pulled over by police in mid-June as he left his place of employment; a construction site, for allegedly driving on a private road.

Julio and Adolfo say they were handcuffed, thrown on the floor, and beaten in the face and chest.

Only it was all a mistake -- Julio and Adolfo had not committed any crimes. Immigration agents later admitted they broke into the wrong house as part of a sting operation.
