In an effort to help tip the scales for the United States during the Vietnam War, Agent Orange was developed by biotechnological companies in order to help clear dense fields, giving soldiers a clearer vision of their targets.
Along with the loss of vegetation, the was an additional hope that Vietnamese farmers would relocate to U.S. occupied cities, and no longer be able to grow and provide for the Vietnamese troops.

He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1974 and from the University Of Kentucky College Of Law in 1977 and became "The People's Champion".

The Honorable Judge Bolton may understand that marijuana crimes are all invalid due to lack of corpus delciti.
(SURPRIZE, Ariz.) -
A lawsuit filed by the Arizona's Governor Brewer in an effort to stop medical marijuana patients from using the lawful herb was dismissed by the judge hearing the case.
The ruling seems to come as a response to the motion to dismiss filed by the ACLU. The judge agreed, stating "These issues, as presented, are not appropriate for judicial review."
