Marijuana vs Dangerous Drugs: Doctors Forcing Patients to Use Them

Let's get the record straight about this money maker!

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - urine I was outraged to read in the New York Times (Aug 2 2013) “A Boom in Drug Testing” with pain doctors especially requiring patients to do urine screening to monitor which drugs patients are taking and which drugs they were NOT TAKING.

They want patients to take the hated anti-depressants and prescribed morphine-like drugs such as Oxycontin. There are probably a few more hated, zombifying drugs, but most readers know what I’m talking about.

What are you Hiding South Carolina Medical Board?

Why are US states disciplining doctors by making them read a book authored by a misleading drug profiteer under Senate Investigation?

(MYRTLE BEACH, SC) - Scott M. Fishman, MD and his book Last week I wrote an article about the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice requiring disciplined physicians to read Scott M. Fishman, MD's book "Responsible Opioid Prescribing" endorsed by the State Federation Board of Medical Boards in all 50 states as well as Canada.

Dr. Fishman's misleading book minimizes the risks of addiction when a physician prescribes narcotics to patients.

Slapping the Wrist of Minnesota`s Drug Pushing Doctors

Forced to read a book by a physician under Senate Investigation?

(MYRTLE BEACH, SC) - How Minnnesota punishes doctors What is the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice doing to sanction some physicians in disciplinary action?

This falls under the category of totally unbelievable -- if not criminal. This month it came to my attention that two physicians were being disciplined by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. I have no doubt that other physicians in Minnesota have also been given the same "directive".

Marijuana Cures Heroin Addiction!

It does it for all opiates. Cannabis has brought relief to many, for centuries.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - cannabis I can already feel the first comment. What the hell is he talking about? Well, Okay. During the 1860’s Cannabis/Marijuana was used in the U.S. to get addicted people off alcohol, tobacco and opium, and it was very successful in doing so. Many Civil War veterans were addicted to all three of these.

About that time, Morphine and the hypodermic syringe were invented, which gave doctors real control of pain and brought about the concept that a physician’s first obligation to his patients was to control pain. It was far nicer and safer than opium or alcohol.
