(LAS CRUCES, NM) - The new top law enforcement official for the northern Mexican border state of Coahuila said this past weekend that 1,700 people have been forcibly disappeared in the entity since 2000.

Salem Teacher Charged With Sex Abuse

Salem Police detectives arrested Michael Montgomery at home in Salem.

(SALEM) - During the evening of Friday, April 13th, an officer with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife spotted a vehicle parked in a prohibited area in Baskett Slough.

Officer Rachel York determined Michael Montgomery, 49 years of age, a teacher at Sprague High School, was in the vehicle along with a minor female who is a student.

(TURNER, OR) - 39-year old Turner resident Michael, an employee with the Oregon Dept of Corrections, was arrested early Sunday morning following a three and one half hour standoff with law enforcement officers.

“Even though for more than 90 percent of appellate litigants the Court of Appeals has the final word in their case, no new judges have been added to the Court in 35 years,” wrote Brewer.

(DHAKA- Bangladesh) - Since 1973, 140 persons—have been released from death row, after it was proven that they were in fact innocent of the crimes they were convicted of.

Some of the referenced prisoners were within days of being executed, and five of the 140 were in the state of Alabama. Alabama greatly risks taking the life of one of its own citizens for a crime he did not commit.
