Operation Red Dragonfly has been successful and long for a solo motorcycle ride, and it is far from over, which is a mixed bag. I decided to do this national tour to raise awareness of veteran health issues which are claiming lives left and right.

“Keep Calm and Battle On!” is the warcry of Modified Dolls, as they reach out to others in need.
(SALEM, Ore.) -
The Oregon Modified Dolls are hosting a charity event benefiting The American Cancer Society in Salem next weekend, and anyone over 21 is invited to stop by to see all the action.
This special event will feature a 250-pound pig roast with all the fixings that will be available for a $5 suggested donation, and TNT Hollywood Tavern has graciously donated a beer garden which will be covered, in case of inclement weather.
The journey to educate Americans about contaminated military bases continues, Tim King is moving toward Illinois.
(ROLLA, MO) -
Our mission to raise awareness of Veteran's health issues has been underway for a little over a month now, we just wrapped three days of talks in Missouri, in one case addressing an audience of more than 300.
Operation Red Dragonfly is a one-off idea to tour the nation on a motorcycle giving talks about military base contamination, PTSD and Veteran Suicide, Agent Orange and other issues facing veterans.
The trials of mechanical breakdown and miraculous generosity in the Midwest.
(WICHITA, KS) -
'Operation Red Dragonfly' nearly came to a halt today when a major oil leak began spraying oil all over the inside of my legs.
I pulled over at a convenience store and was immediately approached by a young woman who works at the store, offering to help in any way she could.
I'm on the road armed with a motorcycle, sleeping bag, and information to help Veterans.
(COLORADO SPRINGS) -
When looking at military health problems, there are the toxic chemicals like TCE, AO and PCE, then there are the injury based PTSD and TBI; it becomes a confusing batch of acronyms and far too many Veterans are SOL as a result.
But there are answers, they begin with awareness, and understanding, and that is what 'Operation Red Dragonfly' is all about.
Marine Veteran will share information that could save the life of someone you know...
(SPRINGFIELD / KANSAS CITY) -
When Tim King was a Marine, his sons had severe health issues from contaminated Marine Corps base water. The boys didn't ask for their problems but they almost died. Neither King says, did the hundreds of thousands of Marines who contracted cancer from the chemical laden water at bases like El Toro and Camp Lejeune.
On his tour, Operation Red Dragonfly, King is riding a motorcycle across the country solo, giving talks on contaminated military bases.
Veterans can in come cases, received disability claims for contact with toxic water, this is particularly true for those who served at Camp Lejuene in North Carolina.
(DENVER) -
Operation Red Dragonfly, my solo motorcycle mission to travel the United States giving talks about contaminated military bases and other critical health issues like PTSD and Agent Orange, is already being met with great success.
With the help of Marine widow Sheree Evans in Missouri and a wonderful team across the US, we are spreading the word about health issues that continue to claim those who served.
A new promotional video below by Lisa Spaulding is in my opinion, totally fantastic.
(SALT LAKE CITY) -
Operation Red Dragonfly has progressed through several western states with steady success. I am currently in Utah moving toward Colorado. The mission is designed to raise awareness of multiple health issues facing Veterans, many of which are fatal.
Whether contaminated with chemicals or saddled with the hard hitting reality of war and readjustment back to civilian life, Veterans who have the facts will live longer than those who suffer in informational darkness.
