The Mythology of 9/11

The events like the 9/11 attacks may be unjustified, but they are not unprovoked assaults against the truly innocent.

(GOLD RIVER B.C.) - The tenth anniversary of September 11, 2001 has come and gone. One could not help but notice the media was full of articles on the event, and of public officials and others holding forth on what it all meant, yadda, yadda, yadda.

There was no opportunity passed up to pander to the fears and gullibility of the citizenry and feed them fantasies and half truths. A propaganda event, in other words.

Burhanuddin Rabbani Assassinated - Was He Afghanistan`s Last Hope for Peace?

Burhanuddin Rabbani served as Afghanistan's President from 1992 to 1996, and for a second term in 2001.

(KABUL ) - Afghanistan has been rocked by the assassination of former President Burhanuddin Rabbani (Persian: برهان الدين رباني Burhânuddîn Rabbânî), who held the reigns of this country until Kabul was taken by the Taliban in 1996. Wikipedia explains that Rabbani was killed in a suicide bombing at his home in Kabul on 22 September 2011.

2 Taliban members approached him to offer a hug and detonated their explosives. At least one of them hid the explosives within his turban. The suicide bomber claimed to be a Taliban commander and said he wanted to "discuss peace" with Rabbani.

“There were 85 videos; a second video was released yesterday (August 29). Now it hasn’t been carefully vetted but it appears to be quite genuine that clearly shows a cruise missile from another angle hitting the Pentagon,” Gordon Duff, senior editor of Veterans Today, told Press TV’s U.S. Desk on Tuesday.
