Portland Police Seek Public Feedback

(PORTLAND OR) - On September 10, 2013, the Portland Police began participating in a long-term study asking community members who have had a recent encounter with a Portland Police Officer to complete a short survey.
The survey, which is managed by the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), involves sending letters to people who may have reported a crime, or been involved in a traffic stop or traffic collision.
The letters will ask people to participate in a survey either by phone or online.
"This is a unique opportunity to receive feedback from those who have direct encounters with police officers," said Chief Michael Reese.
"Past surveys have talked to people who may or may not have had firsthand experience with an officer.
This survey will be valuable in describing our customer service and how people feel about their experience with a Portland Police Officer."
"This sort of survey can be invaluable and we encourage people to participate,"
Mayor Charlie Hales said. "Anything that helps us better identify the relationships between the community and our Police Bureau is helpful."
The survey will be administered by the University of Illinois at Chicago's Center for Research in Law and Justice; all answers are confidential.
This study is part of a long-term effort known as the National Police Research Platform.
A major goal is to provide timely feedback regarding police performance to participating law enforcement agencies.

- Our records show that you have recently had contact with a Portland Police Officer.
The police contact may have been in the context of a reported crime incident, traffic stop, or traffic crash.
- Because the Portland Police Bureau wants to provide professional service, we have started a new method for you to give feedback about our performance during this encounter.
- We have asked university researchers to run an independent survey. This will help us to improve our services.
- The survey is short, confidential, and voluntary. It will ask how you were treated and your level of satisfaction with our services.
- You may take the survey in English or Spanish. Please take a few moments to complete this survey by telephone or web:

The Portland police and Multnomah county sheriff's teach their whores how to poison and pedofy people and yes they call it pedofying! They recruited my wife Joan Wagar into these crminal activity's in 1999 after my wife got a job at the Multnomah county jail kitchen! They taught my wife how to poison people and coached her how to do it, and they told her they will help her to set her husband (me) up as a pedophile and they told her to quit her job and a week later my wife's f-buddy's were renting the apartment next door to us and they were directing my wife and her side of the family to turn my yard into a playground with expensive pools (more than one) and trampolines and telescopes and they had other people parking their cars on our property and they even put a motor home on our property and they was using a look-a-like of me at that time on my property! Thi was all for my wife's f-buddy's in law enforcement video survilance cameras, and those so-called officer's were directing my wife and her daughters as to HOW TO PERFORM FOR THEIR VIDEO SURVILANCE CAMERAS! The whole time my wife pretended to my face ro be a oving wife and our daughters also pretended, but none of them were hiding the fact their behavirs changed and were filling my home and yard with paraphernalia! My father was gang-stalked by plain clothed cops and they poisoned him and he died but not before he warned me about it, and right after he was murdered my wife and her sister were sneaking porn into our home and were putting it in our closet and they were putting what they described as "Life Sized Barbie Dolls" into our daughters bedroom! At this very same time our oldest daughter was copying cards that were being passed to her through her bedroom window by the officer's next door into her diary, and she had a big goofy grin on her face while doing this, and when I got a chance to read it I discovered that all our daughter was doing with that diary was pedofying me, labeling me as a pedophile, and not once did she write down a single actual event, she did not even mention her grandfathers death in it! I caught green jacketed law officer's after this on video directing our daughter and they were talking to her through her bedroom window and they were the ones passing her the cards that she copied into her diary! I was being threatened by phone at this time by the very law officer's that murdered my father, there were two of them, one pretended to be my fathers apartment manager and was threatening me and demanding that I remove my fathers belongings from my fathers apartment! The other one was pretending to be the funeral home director and was threatening me and demanding that I pay for my fathers cremation that I never authorized or gave permission for them to do! I knew they were in law enforcement because they were threatening me and I already knew they were coaching my wife and her side of the family as to how to set me up, not to mention my fathers apartment manager nor the funural home director HAD MY PHONE NUMBER! MY OWN FATHER NEVER HAD MY PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE HE NEVER USES PHONES! PERIOD! So I know damn well the officer's that murdered my father wanted to set me up to get the blame for that as well, which is why I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MOVING ANYTHING OUT OF MY FATHERS APARTMENT AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY FATHERS CREMATION! Joan Wagar and her f-buddy's in law enforcement murder people and frame people for sport, and Joan Wagar and her side of the family AT NO TIME WERE TRYING HARD TO HIDE ANYTHING FROM ME! THEY KNEW DAMN WELL I COULD NOT GET HELP FROM 911 AND THEY PEDOFIED ME BEHIND MY BACK THUS TURNING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE AGAINST ME KNOWING THAT WILL ISOLATE ME FROM HELP/SUPPORT FROM OTHERS! Police want people to take surveys but they don't take complaints from citizens at all and their own indepent police review board is prima-facie evidence that they DO NOT TAKE COMPLAINTS FROM CITIZENS! My 911 calls are covered up and I have been repeatedly denied emergency swrvices because of police officer's direct interference! Police officer's coerced my doctor at the OHSU hospital into not helping me and to not take a toxicology test or an x ray! Because my wife and her daughters were sleeping around with copsa and were poisoning me I was completely denied any emergency services because of police interference with my doctor!

This so-called "news story" about the Portland police taking survey's seems to be nothing but a bunch of propaganda because I just Googled this news story and there is nothing about it on local news stations in Portland Oregon! Neither KATU or KGW or KOIN or KPTV have anything about this on their websites, so this appears to be one of those phony news story's police spew out from time to time on smaller websites! Can anyone smell "entrapment" with this news story by the Portland police? I see why it is so easy for cops to do pretty much whaytever they weant to since they obviouly control news reporters and news stations and what news stations show and not show!

The Portland police are a bunch of batterers and they rape children and they poison off witnesses and they deny victims emergency services to cover up the crimes committed by police! I know, because my wife was cheating on me with police officer's and my wife's lover arranged to have me battered by police and county sheriff's on January 18th 2005 and my wife was with her lover as I was battered! I found out after the fact that the police were recruiting our daughters to lie for them and when I caught the police hooking our daughters up with officer Eric Carlson and found out that he dyed his hair blond so that he could impersonate me I tried to warn people about it! My wife Joan Wagar poisoned me after that and I was debilitated from being poisoned by antifreeze and police made sure I could not get any help from a hospital and police directly interfered with me getting help at the hospital by having secret chats with my doctor in the hallway outside my E,R, room! All my calls for help and all my emergency visits to the hospital and all my 911 calls are covered up by police and no one at a hospital would help me because of police interference! I am glad they are doing this, however, are people who have been arrested or cited for a crime not members of the community? is it not important that we also know how those people feel an ok it the police's demeanor and behavior??? hmmm. seems a bit odd
