(SALEM, Ore.) - Marion County Sheriff's deputies responded to the 4300 block of Falcon View Way Tuesday at 5:06 p.m. regarding shots fired in the area. Lt. Sheila Lorance with the sheriff's office says deputies arriving on the scene were unable to locate the suspects however, witnesses described two vehicles involved and reported hearing at least 8 to 9 shots fired. Deputies found evidence that shots had been fired, but nothing to indicate anyone was injured. The suspect vehicles were described as a blue Buick Regal and a Green Honda Civic or Accord. The driver of the Buick was described as a Hispanic male, clean shaven, bald and wearing a white shirt with a blue bandana around his neck. The front seat passenger in that vehicle was described as a large Hispanic male, with a blue bandana and white shirt. Witnesses also indicated there were two other Hispanic males, one of which was described as skinny with short hair and a blue shirt, and a Hispanic female in the back seat of the Buick. Witnesses said there were two males in the Honda. Marion County detectives are continuing to investigate this incident and ask if anyone has information regarding the suspects or shooting that they call 503 540-8007.
