(CANBY) - A third victim of the Canby Police Officer Impersonation Case has come forward. The victim reported that he was talking to his son when Leininger drove up in a red Ford Bronco with flashing lights and blocked his vehicle. Leininger allegedly told the victim that he should not be talking rude to his son (the victim's son) and that he was patrolling the area and would be watching him. The victim reported that Leininger appeared to be using a handheld radio when he drove up to him. This case is being referred to the Clackamas County District Attorney. The first victim, an 18-year-old female driver, was stopped at about 11:15 PM on N Cedar Street at NW 6th in Canby. It is alleged that she was actually handcuffed by Leininger after he forced her vehicle to the side of the road. The second victim, who just recently came forward, told Officers he was stopped on Knights Bridge Road near Barlow road by a male driving a red Ford Bronco with flashing lights. The second victim described Leininger as wearing a dark colored t-shirt that had police written on it. Investigators recovered this shirt and it is pictured here. Apparently unaware of the fact that most cops would never advertise it, he had the words "Undercover Police" emblazoned across the front. Leininger is alleged to have asked the victim for his drivers license, then walked back to his red Bronco. The victim said Leininger then returned and told him he driver he was free to go. The driver had to ask the suspect back for his license, which he returned. When Leininger was contacted, Detectives located his red Ford Bronco. The Bronco had been outfitted with alternating, flashing headlights Leininger is being charged with multiple counts of Kidnap in the Second Degree, Impersonating a Police Officer Two Counts, and Harassment. He is being lodged at Clackamas County Jail. Articles for August 31, 2006 | Articles for September 1, 2006 | Articles for September 2, 2006 | Quick Links

What's wrong with a police officer being a female impersonator? Kind of like Ru Paul? Can someone tell me who Pearl Harbor is?
