Corvallis Library, Senior Center Offering Halloween Events

Events offer kids, parents, and seniors a frighteningly good time.

(CORVALLIS) - Children ages two through ten and their adult companions are invited to dress in their costumes and join the fun at the Corvallis-Benton County Library’s annual Halloween Party on October 31st from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the Library’s parking garage, 645 NW Monroe.

Children will play games, enjoy Halloween songs, eat healthy snacks and win trinkets.

The Children’s Halloween Party is a safe, exciting addition to this holiday for young children!

Costumes are strongly encouraged and everyone is invited to attend.

Watch for Spooky Stories for Children, is a new program offered by the Corvallis Parks and Recreation Department.

The event offers traditional folk tales and original seasonal stories geared for elementary-aged children and their families.

Also on October 31st from 2:00 to 5:00 PM, the Corvallis Senior Center is hosting the 10th annual Boo Ball.

Join us as we dance the afternoon away to the sounds of the Capital City Jazz Band.

Enter the costume parade to win a prize. Refreshments and treats will be served.

Cost is $3.

The Corvallis Senior Center is located at 2601 NW Tyler Avenue.
