Salem Teen Killed in Parking Lot Stabbing

(SALEM, Ore. ) - Salem police are investigating a stabbing that left a Salem teen dead.

Investigators say that police were called to the McDonald's restaurant at the corner of Lancaster Dr. NE and Devonshire Dr. NE just after midnight. When officers arrived they found that a 19-year-old Hispanic male had been stabbed during a disturbance. He died a short time later.

Detectives investigating the case have identified the victim has as Esteven Zapata, a resident of Salem.
