(PORTLAND, Ore.) - The Washington County Sheriff's Office hold valid warrants for the arrest of Jose Fransisco-Fransisco on the charges of Rape I, Sex Abuse I, and Rape II. They say that on June 4th, 2005 Jose Francisco Francisco forcefully raped a 15-year-old girl at a farming labor camp in Cornelius. During the rape Francisco Francisco reportedly threatened to kill the victim if she told anyone. The victim became pregnant as a result of the rape. While in jail on another charge, Sgt. David Thompson with the Washington County Sheriff's Office says Francisco Francisco made several telephone calls in which he admitted to raping the young girl. "Francisco Francisco is from Guatemala and speaks a dialect known as Akateko. He also speaks Spanish. He is known to frequent farming labor camps and is believed to be trafficking illegal immigrants from Guatemala into Oregon."
