(MILWAUKIE, Ore.) - Milwaukie Police have been investigating an assault with a weapon that took place Thursday night at 8:30 PM in Dogwood Park, in the 2000 block of SE Lake Road. A 17-year-old male juvenile reported that he had been assaulted by 5 suspects while at the park. Four of the suspects were arrested and charged. Police located the fifth suspect in the attack Friday arresting the man after spotting him in the transit center in Milwaukie. 21-year old Lee R. Lindsay, who police say is a transient, was charged with 2nd degree Assault, a Measure 11 offense, and 3rd degree assault along with an unrelated warrant. He is currently lodged at the Clackamas County jail on $265,000 bail. He is scheduled for a video arraignment at 3:00 p.m. October 8th.
