Brazilian Elevator Ghost Scares People Half to Death!

One elevator ride that won't soon be forgotten...

(RIO DE JANEIRO) - Here is something you would never see on American television, and possibly for good reason.

It is a Brazilian 'ghost prank' TV show and I have to say, I feel sorry for the unwitting contestants!

Talk about having the you-know-what scared out of you, particularly in a country that is largely Catholic and superstitious... it seems like quite a thing to pull off.

I suppose it is fairly obvious that we don't have video like this on American channels because the lawsuits would take the operation out in the first week.

The little girl appears to resemble the child that comes crawling out of a television in that Japanese movie that took the world by story called The Grudge.

One unsuspecting set of riders after another enter the elevator and absolutely have the daylights scared out of them; it is tremendously funny.

I have to wonder if they would react this way if it weren't for that one nagging Japanese movie.
