Before coming to Washington, Clemmons was serving a 35-year prison term in Arkansas for armed robbery, his sentence was commuted by Gov. Huckabee. Before these executions he was on parole for several violent crimes. I just don't get it, what is the point of the justice system if animals like this are allowed to walk among us? Is it all just about revenue from traffic stops to keep the couthouses looking good? I'm all for giving someone a second chance, but this guy is on chance number 3 or four, he should have been removed from society a long time ago!!

Justice will be served November 30, 2009 3:24 am (Pacific time)

So in the case of the $20,000 reward, this man has a $80,000 price tag on his head, right? Such a shame, I feel for the families and community. Hopefully justice is served by the brothers of the fallen.
