The site’s news director is a disabled Desert Storm veteran; the general manager is an accomplished multi-media professional; the founder is a former U.S. Marine and serves as our war correspondent.

At the time of this writing we are on the verge of publishing our 70th edition of a cartoon series seen only on Salem-News.com. The artist is a local professor and educator.

We also have a commentary writer, another veteran, who is disabled and uses public transportation in Salem each day. We have a grandmother who covers community affairs, a Web designer who puts countless hours into the development and upgrading of the site, and many more committed individuals.
