#1 Concordia to host #15 Simon Fraser in NAIA National Championship Opening Round

Concordia finished the season with an 18-0-2 overall record and captured an automatic bid into the national championships

(Portland, Oregon) - The top-ranked Concordia University women’s soccer team will host No.15-ranked Simon Fraser University in the NAIA National Championship Opening Round on Saturday, Nov. 20. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. at Delta Park in Portland, Ore., the NAIA announced on Sunday.

Concordia finished the season with an 18-0-2 overall record and captured an automatic bid into the national championships with a 2-1 win over Corban University in the Cascade Collegiate Conference Tournament Championship on Saturday.

The Cavaliers will be making their tenth straight appearance in the NAIA Tournament, tied for the second longest streak in the NAIA.
