Oregon State Women’s Basketball Invites Public to Meet and Greet on Wednesday

(Corvallis, Oregon) - The 2010-11 Oregon State women’s basketball team, led by first-year head coach Scott Rueck, invites the public to a meet this year’s squad and staff on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at 6:00 p.m. in the Reser Loge.

All 10 players on this season’s roster, as well as Rueck, assistant coaches Mark Campbell and Eric Ely, director of operations Ashley Shearer and assistant director of operations Claire Faucher will all be in attendance to meet Beaver women’s basketball fans. Appetizers and drinks will be provided.

The Beavers open their campaign on Saturday, Nov. 13 following the football game at 5:30 p.m. in legendary Gill Coliseum. Leading the way are returnees senior forward El Sara Greer (Waterloo, Iowa) and sophomore forward Angela Misa (Oceanside, Calif.).

The program welcomes senior guard Amanda Davey (Grants Pass, Oregon), junior transfer guard Earlysia Marchbanks (Salem, Oregon), redshirt sophomore Sage Indendi (Livingston, Montana), redshirt freshman guard Jenna Dixon (Portland, Oregon) and freshmen guards Alexis Bostick (Oakland, California), Classye James (Palo Alto, California), Alyssa Martin (Portland, Oregon) and Katie Schrock (Corvallis, Oregon).
