(CLACKAMAS, Ore.) - Connecticut Authorities have arrested a Lithuanian National who they suspected may have been set to flee the United States, with the unauthorized custody of her daughter.

The suspect in the case is Androne Eisele. Her husband, Clackamas County resident Randy Eisel, initially called the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office on October 30th to relay his concerns.

As it turns out, it appears that the woman was not necessarily fleeing the country after it was confirmed that she had secured a new residence in Connecticut.

Detective Jeffrey Allen Green with the Clackamas County Sheriff''s Office Child Abuse Team says Randy Eisele contacted them October 30th after his 8-year old daughter called to tell him that she and her mother were in Connecticut, and that her mother had bought a house there.

Eisele confirmed his daughter had not been in school all week. He was to have custody as of October 29th, after a court order was issued authorizing him to take custody of the child.

Randy and Androne Eisele are married but separated.

He said he also had received a phone message the same day from Ms. Eisele indicating their daughter was with her and she was okay.

Randy Eisele became concerned, as Androne Eisele is a Lithuanian National and held a valid passport; he says he feared mother and child were heading to Europe.

On October 31st, a detective with the Sheriff's Child Abuse Team made inquires through Androne Eisele's employer, and learned she had transferred her position to Avon, Connecticut.

Green says the FBI was notified of the abduction, as was Immigration and Customs Enforcement who would watch out for the passports. An affidavit of arrest was written by the detective, and an arrest warrant was issued for Androne Eisele. The couple's daughter was entered as a missing person into the national database system at that point. A poster was sent out through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children program to law-enforcement agencies, Green said.

The Farmington, Connecticut Police Department picked up on the poster and along with the Avon, Connecticut Police, began to develop leads as to the location of Androne Eisele and her daughter. Monday at about 7:30 AM east coast time, police arrested Androne Eisele in Farmington on the outstanding warrant. The daughter was taken into protective custody. Randy Eisele was contacted by the Clackamas County detective about the arrest and the recovery of his daughter.

Green says Eisele flew out to the East Coast and expected to fly home late Monday with his daughter. Androne Eisele is being held pending extradition, in Connecticut. This case has been referred to the Clackamas County District Attorney, in Oregon City, Oregon.

Androne Eisele was arrested in Farmington, Connecticut on a probable-cause warrant for Custodial Interference in the First Degree.

this story reminds me of another one not to long ago, the Spady family. Only in this case cps took custody of the kids away from the mom for no good reason and was going to give custody to strangers. does cps and the court system feel the need to need to mess with mothers and whole families so much that they arest perfectly good mothers because of who they are married to or their nationality?
