(NEW YORK CITY) - Installed on the afternoon of October 31, ReThink911’s 29-foot by 13-foot billboard will stand tall in the shadow of the New York Times Building throughout the month of November, intriguing 100,000 passersby each day and calling upon the Times to cover this vitally important issue. ReThink911 held an event in New York Saturday, afternoon at Siena Pizza, giving away free pizza and free ReThink911 t-shirts. and an afternoon of fun and action. The Plan for the rest of the NovemberAt least four people are needed for leafleting from 4:30 pm to 6 pm every weekday until Thanksgiving. New Yorkers – please attend at least 2 of these afternoons! With our presence we will magnify the power of the billboard and send a strong message to the NY Times. ReThink911 says stay tuned for their "contact the editor" campaign next week.
