(SISTERS, Ore. ) - Fire crews were able to contain two small wildfires in Central Oregon on Monday.

The fires were located northeast of Sisters.

The Central Oregon Interagency Dispatch Center says first blaze was reported about 2:00 PM Sunday about seven miles northeast of Sisters.

High winds pushed the fire towards Fremont Canyon and Wilt Road. The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office gave pre-evacuation notices to homes along Wilt Road.

The second fire was reported at 5:30 PM Sunday, about 12 miles northeast of Sisters on the Crooked River National Grassland near Alder Creek. As a precaution, nearby campers were asked to voluntarily leave the area.

In all the fires blackened a total of about 180 acres.

Investigators believe the fires were caused by humans because there hasn't been any lightning strikes recently in the area.
