He says Trooper Sogge was able to take the Honda's driver into custody. 29-year old Jerrod Alexander Miller of Madras, was lodged in the Jefferson County Jail for Felony Attempt to Elude in a Vehicle and Hindering Prosecution. Brown says Williams subsequently ran from the house and was not located. Police officers from Madras, Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, and Redmond, with the help of a canine, in the search.
