(SALEM) - Looking for a place to take the family and enjoy the sun? Marion County seasonal parks have re-opened to the public. Marion County parks include: Spongs Landing on the Willamette River north of Keizer, Scotts Mills, and those in the North Santiam River basin, which are North Fork, Bear Creek, Salmon Falls, Niagara, and Minto Parks. The parks are open from 10:00 AM until one-half hour after sunset. Marion County parks that are open all year are: Denny, Santana, Labish Village and Joryville in the Salem area, Rogers Wayside near Silverton, and Packsaddle along the North Santiam River.
