(CHENNAI, India) - The Government of India passed an executive order Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, published in the Gazetteer [that’s where all acts and rules are notified] 11th April, 2011, that needs a discussion in the Parliament.

If six Parliamentary sessions pass without discussion, an executive order automatically becomes law.

Tomorrow is the last day of the sixth session and unlikely that it will be debated.

The perp is Kapil Sibal, a Harvard law graduate, now Minister of Communications and Information Technology.

Like any innocuous ‘rule by executive order’ now running riot worldwide in all the so-called ‘great democracies’ of the world, this one also sounds benign until you fathom the legal depth of two provisions of Section 3:

Section 3. Due diligence to be observed by intermediary — The intermediary [which essentially means any internet service provider] shall observe following due diligence while discharging his duties, namely

2 (b) grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever

2 (i) threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation

Suppose I say: “Hillaria Clinton danced with villagers in India to sell nuclear plants and Wall Mart. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is essentially a saleswoman and she sells spurious products of an illegitimate United States of America.”

Hillary was referred to as Hillaria in many Internet postings when she was in Kolkata recently. In India the upper castes used an insulting twisted pronunciation of a person’s name of lower castes. Male names like Mohan would be Mahanwa and female names Baijyanti would be Bajyantia. In the same tenor, Hillary is Hillaria. Bill Klinton is Billwa; Bush is Bushwa; Blair is Blairwa.

Would that be a violation of the rules?

Yes. Under rules 2(b) and 2(i) the person writing these sentences can have a visit from the internet service provider, with authority to search his computer and seize and destroy that data, inform the state authorities and have the person penalised.

Two rules, perhaps three, perhaps ten. l make it clearer:

• Bushwa [the baby one] was essentially mentally challenged although never proven so;
• Bill Kilinton [as many common Indians would pronounce his name] had a fat slob as State Secretary who killed 500,000 Iraqi infants and confirmed that the price was worth it.
• Hillaria Kilinton killed Libya as a nation and said “WE CAME, WE SAW...HE DIED”
• Tonia [Tony Blair] in his post election speech, whenever that was, said “I want to rewrite history.” So this asshole was doing Lord Clive? He fixed facts to con the British Parliament.

These four statements are historically and legally correct.

Under the current dispensation of [Dis]Honourable Member of Parliament and Minister-in-charge of the Internet, his acolytes can haul me behind bars for many reasons and just two here:

• Defaming him, Bushwa, Blairwa, Hillaria...etc
• Vitiating “friendly relations with foreign states”

How do villagers see these foreigners and Indian leaders?

Basically, even the largely illiterate villagers in India know what these dregs are. One local newspaper, in ugly garish black and white print, is brought to small habitations by the community leader. Other villagers congregate around him asking him to tell the “Khabar” [News]. This man would read out and explain what the “khabar” is. During the explanation and question-answer session, the old man would add his own spice to the story but convey the main message. The villagers will get the main message.

The sheer depth of dislike and hatred for the Western leaders should be seen here, in the villages of India. These folks have elephant’s memory. Anyone doing injustice is still scolded “Are you running the company?” The ‘company’ still means the East India Company.

These villagers understand that the western leaders, like their Indian counterparts, are essentially lapdogs of some higher powers. Like the lower castes are controlled and pummelled to do things which they wouldn’t if they knew that they can opt not to cooperate with the higher castes, the lower caste Hillaria, Bushwa, Billwa and Blairwa and Sarkozia are also seen in the same light by the Indians. Most of these villagers don’t have access to the Internet but they know what these bastards are. Very soon they will also know about Hollande that he also a perp. Purpose of muzzling the Internet

So why has Kapilwa, the Kapil Sibal, the illegal Minister of Internet, and the internet traffic must go through either satellite or through the cables owned by the Government and few private firms, has passed an executive order that has not seen the light of day in India’s Parliament where every Parliamentarian keeps shouting about democratic rights?

Whose rights, the Parliamentarians’ or the Peoples’?

• Over sixty Members of Parliament in India have criminal cases pending against them
• Several Ministers are in jail on corruption charges, so serious that they should get life
• An Indian political leader Bangaru Laxman was photographed accepting bribe from a decoy that not only ruined his career he is now been sentenced; he was unfortunately caught, others were not;
• Another Indian politician was caught on camera romping in bed with a poor tribal woman
• Information on the British paedophilic Parliamentarians, raping 4 or 5 year old boys and girls brought to them by their own Police Force is out there on the net
• US Senators and state Governors with shareholding in pornographic firm are out there on the net;
• How did one Barry Soetoro become POTUS? Who was Lolo and why did this Soetoro travel from Indonesia to Pakistan as Barry Soetoro in 1981?
• Who is Antonio Maino? This Italian two penny waitress, with deep links with the banksters and the Italian mafia, whose father was a side-kick of the Nazis during the last war, is now known as Sonia Gandhi and the President of the Party that rules India, nominally headed by former IMF-major domo Manmohan Singh. The head of the ruling party of India who actually tried to become the Prime Minister is not even a citizen of India. That fact challenged in the Supreme Court...the law interpreters are manipulating, confabulating and delaying.
• Soetoro, Maino. Bilderberg. Sarkozy. Blair of “I want rewrite history” infamy. Merkel who lost the election but the European elite wanted her as the Chancellor.

The Internet brought the world community closer to expose these bastards. In every country. In every land.

Two of the world’s largest democracies are run by two individuals –Soetoro and Antonio- and not even the courts want to discuss their birth certificates and passports?

Today the world knows what caused 9/11 events, what happened after Katrina, what happened in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya......the world knows that the western leaders are not only paedophilic, they are criminals.

The world knew instantly what is happening at Fukushima. The corporate criminals and their political sidekicks could hide Chernobyl and earlier the Three Mile Island and the thousands of accidents that have taken place all over the world in nuclear reactors. Today we are on line with any one we wish to speak with and we shall have the best information that the mainstream media will deny.

All the way from the Queen of England to Baby Bush and all their sidekicks all over the world including Soetoro and Antonio.
