Israel: An Affront to God and an Abomination to Humanity

It’s time to put a stop to the American-European-Israeli-Arab supported Israeli occupation of Palestine.

(WASHINGTON DC) - In the movie, Ben Hur, Judah Ben Hur (Jew) said this to Masalla, the Roman. Occupier of Palestine.

“Rome is an affront to God! Rome is strangling my people and my country, the whole Earth! But not forever. I tell you the day Rome falls there will be a shout of freedom such as the world has never heard before!”

Israel is an affront to all that is Holy. But, by His will and at His timing God will end Israel as he has ended every evil empire that arrogantly committed all abominable sins against God and mankind.

Israel, you stole and conquered the Holy Land, you have conquered the people, you have robbed them of all their possessions, you even stole their water to fill your swimming pools; but as long as there is one person still breathing on this earth you will be a hated, despised nation, and then, and then, there is the ultimate Justice of God. My! How mighty Israel will fall under such justice.

No other nation has so defied and defiled God’s commandments to peace and peaceful coexistence amongst people and violated every imaginable international law against ethnic cleansing, genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity as Israel, truly the greatest threat to world peace.

Is it any wonder that the sole courageous Muslim leader, Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyib Erdogan at a U.N. Conference said Zionism is a Crime Against Humanity. With the exception of Iran, no other Muslim ruler dares utter such words lest he be punished by his ultimate master – America.

Many principled and courageous Christians and Jews, both in Israel and abroad, have made similar remarks since the very inception of Zionism. Many Jews around the world are crying, “Not In My Name” against Zionism and Israel’s crimes against the dispossessed and occupied Palestinians.

In fact, in America Christians and Jews are active, more vocal, and more effective than any Arab American or Muslim organizations due to the apathy, fear, disunity, and shielded existence from any and all civil and political involvement. The limited extent of their activism is limited to being “jihadists by email”.

In 2005 the United Nations established an international principle called the “Responsibility to Protect” that allows the international community to act militarily, if necessary, against any sovereign state that fails to protect its citizens or those under its control from the following four crimes

1.  Ethnic Cleansing

2.  Genocide

3.  Crimes Against Humanity

4.  War Crimes

In a just court of law Israel would be found guilty on all four counts and all its living and past civilian and military leaders would be put on trial at the Hague’s International Criminal Court that thus far has only been used by the West to mainly indict third world leaders.

I shall attempt to highlight Israel’s commission of these four crimes.

1.  Israel’s Crime of Ethnic Cleansing:

The United Nations defines Ethnic Cleansing as:

“The attempt to get rid of (through deportation, displacement or even mass killing of members of an unwanted ethnic group in order to establish an ethnically homogenous geographic area.”

Ethnic Cleansing is a war crime according to the United Nations.

No one, not even Israel, denies that Zionist Israeli leaders developed an official plan, Plan D (Dalet), whose sole purpose was to conquer Palestinian towns and kill or forcibly expel their inhabitants, i.e., more land, less Palestinians.

David Ben Gurion, Israel’s first prime minister, in 1937 wrote to his son Amos clearly detailed the deliberate Zionist Policy of Ethnic Cleansing of the Palestinians out of their homeland.  In a LETTER written on October 5, 1937, ten years before the U.N. General Assembly passed Resolution 181 which called for the Partition of Palestine, he wrote:

We must expel Arabs and take their place”.

To carry out the compulsory Ethnic Cleansing of the Palestinians the Zionists created specific “Transfer Committees” to plan and implement this crime.

"Zionism is a TRANSFER of the Jews. Regarding the TRANSFER of the [Palestinian] Arabs this is much easier than any other TRANSFER. There are Arab states in the vicinity . . . . and it is clear that if the [Palestinian] Arabs are removed [to these states] this will improve their condition and not the contrary."

--David Ben Gurion, “Expulsion of the Palestinians”, p. 159

"With compulsory transfer we [would] have a vast area [for settlement] .... I support compulsory transfer. I don't see anything immoral in it."

-David Ben Gurion in (Righteous Victims, p. 144)

There is no way but to transfer the [Palestinian] Arabs from here to the neighboring countries, to transfer all of them, save perhaps for [the Palestinian Arabs of] Bethlehem, Nazareth, and the old Jerusalem. Not one village must be left, not one [Bedouin] tribe. The transfer must be directed at Iraq, Syria, and even Transjordan [eastern portion of Eretz Yisrael". For this goal funds will be found . . . And only after this transfer will the country be able to absorb millions of our brothers and the Jewish problem will cease to exist. There is no other solution."

-- Yosef Weitz, Director of the Jewish National Fund’s Land Settlement, in (Benny Morris, p. 27 & Expulsion Of The Palestinians, 131-132)

"Only a few acknowledged that the father's story of return, redemption and liberation was also a story of conquest, displacement, oppression and death."

--Yaron Ezrachi, "Rubber Bullets"

The crime of Ethnic Cleansing that began in Palestine in 1947 continues unabated to this day with constant home demolitions, eviction of Palestinian residents, and according to Ha’aretz, November 16, 2013, in an article titled,

U.S. Taxpayers Are Paying for Israel’s West Bank Occupation”, this is stated:

“According to a June 2010 fact sheet on the USAID Internet site, last year American taxpayers funded the paving of 63 kilometers of asphalt roads in the West Bank.”

America is violating its own laws with such payments, but, hey, this is Israel, no one will complain or raise the issue out of total fear amongst politicians and total ignorance of the American taxpayer who’s facing drastic funding cuts.

In the Haaretz article, “UN investigator: Israel engaged in ethnic cleansing with settlement expansion”, March 21, 2011, Professor Richard Falk (Jewish), Professor Emeritus of International Law at Princeton University, and currently the U.N. Human Rights Council Rapporteur on human rights in the Occupied Palestinian territories is quoted saying:

“The "continued pattern of settlement expansion in East Jerusalem combined with the forcible eviction of long-residing Palestinians are creating an intolerable situation….This situation "can only be described in its cumulative impact as a form of ethnic cleansing,"

In his speech, Falk said he would like the Human Rights Council to ask the International Court of Justice to look at Israeli behavior in the occupied territories.

He said the focus of the I.C.J. should focus on whether the prolonged occupation of the West Bank and East Jerusalem had elements of "colonialism, apartheid and ethnic cleansing inconsistent with international humanitarian law,"

Ilan Pappe (Israeli) Professor of History, wrote an excellent detailed account of Israel’s deliberate policy of Ethnically Cleansing the Palestinians out of their homeland in his book titled: “The Ethnic Cleansing of the Palestine”

It’s a must read for anyone interested in the subject.

(In this Video Prof. Ilan Pappe discusses the ethnic cleansing of Palestine).

In addition to Professor Pappe other Israeli historians have also documented the deliberate Zionist and Israeli policy of ethnic cleansing using Israeli declassified documents. Historians such as Benny Morris who wrote the first book on the issue titled: “The Birth of the Palestinian Refugee Problem”, others include Simha Flapan, Tom Segev, and Avi Schlaim.

In September 2011 Israel approved a plan to “relocate”, i.e. ethnically cleanse, 30,000 Bedouin Israeli Arab citizens from their land to make room for illegal Jewish settlements.  (Watch this Video on the ethnic cleansing of the Bedouins)

For a historical perspective I urge you to watch the following Videos Part 1 and Part 2 on “The Nakba”, the catastrophic ethnic cleansing that befell the Palestinians, a people and nation whose land was stolen by force of arms.

2.  Israel’s Crime of APARTHEID:

As with all things dealing with Israel, the world is always wrong and Israel in its delusional state is always right.

But what do Israelis themselves think on the issue is Israel an Apartheid State.

Not even Israel can deny the results of a shocking, stunning, and disturbing Poll conducted by the Israeli opinion firm Dialog that for obvious reasons received no mention in the U.S. media.

According to an article in the British paper, the Guardian, titled, Israeli Poll Finds Majority Favor “Apartheid” Policies.”  (Original Title)

The Poll found:

  • 2/3 say if West Bank Annexed, Palestinians should not Vote: in effect an Apartheid State

  • 3/4 favor Segregated Roads

  • 58% ALREADY believe Israel practices Apartheid Against the Palestinians

  • 1/3 want Israeli Arab citizens banned from Voting in Parliamentary elections.
  • 6/10 say Jews should get preference over Arabs in government jobs.

  • 49% Jews should be treated better than Arabs.

  • 42% do not want to live in the same building as Arabs.

  • 42% do not want their children going to same schools as Arabs.

From the same Guardian Article:

“A commentary by Gideon Levy, which accompanied the results of the poll, described the findings as disturbing; "Israelis themselves … are openly, shamelessly and guiltlessly defining themselves as nationalistic racists," he wrote.

He also wrote: "It's good to live in this country, most Israelis say, not despite its racism, but perhaps because of it. If such a survey were released about the attitude to Jews in a European state, Israel would have raised hell. When it comes to us, the rules don't apply."

Yossi Sarid, former member of the Knesset and former leader of the Meretz Party who also served as Minister of Education and Minister of the Environment, wrote an article in Ha’aretz, April 25, 2008, titled, “Yes It’s Apartheid”.

In it he writes:

“All good reasons for apartheid are bad reasons; apartheid always has a reason, and it never has a justification. And what acts like apartheid, is run like apartheid and harasses like apartheid, is not a duck – “Yes, it is APARTHEID.

The Russell Tribunal on Palestine (International Jurists) has ruled that Israel is guilty of Apartheid and Prosecution crimes and that the Israeli actions against the Palestinians breach the prohibition of apartheid under International Law.

The Tribunal stated: "Israel's rule over the Palestinian people, wherever they reside, collectively amounts to a single integrated regime of apartheid”

From the Human Rights Watch Report on Israel and Occupied Territories titled: “Separate and Unequal”, December 19, 2010

“Israel operates a two-tier system for the two populations of the West Bank in the large areas where it exercises exclusive control….Among the discriminatory burdens imposed on Palestinians that Human Rights Watch found are Israeli practices of expropriating land from Palestinians for settlements and their supporting infrastructure; blocking Palestinians from using roads and reaching agricultural lands; denying access to electricity and water; denying building permits for houses, schools, clinics, and infrastructure; and demolishing homes and even entire communities. Such measures have limited the expansion of Palestinian villages and imposed severe hardships on residents, including leaving them with limited access to medical care”.

Carroll Bogert, deputy executive director for external relations at Human Rights Watch wrote:

Palestinians face systematic discrimination merely because of their race, ethnicity, and national origin, depriving them of electricity, water, schools, and access to roads, while nearby Jewish settlers enjoy all of these state-provided benefits. While Israeli settlements flourish, Palestinians under Israeli control live in a time warp - not just separate, not just unequal, but sometimes even pushed off their lands and out of their homes.”

In another Ha’aretz article titled; “Jimmy Carter:  Israel’s Apartheid Policies Worse than South Africa’s”, December 11, 2006.

President Carter is quoted as saying:

“When Israel does occupy this territory deep within the West Bank, and connects the 200-or-so settlements with each other, with a road, and then prohibits the Palestinians from using that road, or in many cases even crossing the road, this perpetrates even worse instances of apartness, or apartheid, than we witnessed even in South Africa."

Former South African Archbishop Desmund Tutu wrote in the Guardian:

“What is not so understandable, not justified, is what it (Israel) did to another people to guarantee its existence. I've been very deeply distressed in my visit to the Holy Land; it reminded me so much of what happened to us black people in South Africa. I have seen the humiliation of the Palestinians at checkpoints and roadblocks, suffering like us when young white police officers prevented us from moving about….

“Injustice and oppression will never prevail. Those who are powerful have to remember the litmus test that God gives to the powerful: what is your treatment of the poor, the hungry, the voiceless? And on the basis of that, God passes judgment.”

--Former Archbishop Desmund Tutu’s article; “Apartheid in the Holy Land.”, Guardian, April 28, 3002

In 1973, the General Assembly of the United Nations agreed on the text of the International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid (ICSPCA) declaring APARTHEID as a Crime Against Humanity.

In 1977, in Addition Protocol 1 to the Geneva Conventions designated Apartheid as a grave breach of the Protocol and a war crime.

The International Criminal Court provides for individual criminal responsibility for crimes against humanity including the crime of apartheid.

Israel is a natural born racist nation. Four examples should suffice.

  • The Israeli government just established Palestinian Only Buses for Palestinians in the Occupied Territories who travel as slave labor into Israel.  The rabid violent Jewish settlers do not wish to be associated or seated with “Arabs” anywhere.  In fact they set these buses on fire.

From Ha’aretz, “On the bus to Israeli apartheid”, March 4, 2013

“The separate bus lines for Palestinians that went into operation on Monday recall racial segregation in the United States and are bringing Israel closer to apartheid.”

  • Ensuring that Israel doesnt have a growing population of Black Ethiopian babies Israels Ministry of Health has for years implemented the plan of giving Ethiopian Jewish Women birth control without their knowledge or consent to prevent their pregnancy, thus have much fewer “black babies”.
  • Additionally and despite the hoopla exploitation surrounding Israels acceptance of South Sudan and Darfur refugees to save them from the bad Muslims, it has now expelled the majority of these refugees back to the Sudan, back to the bad Muslims given that they’ve lived out their public relations usefulness..

  • On March 23, 2011, the Knesset passed two laws that officially sanction racism and discrimination against Palestinian Arab Israeli citizens, African Jewish minorities, and single parents.  One law gives power to Jewish settlement’s “Admissions Committees” to reject the residency of any non-Jew in their settlements on the basis of “social suitability” criteria of their choosing

According to a Report by Human Rights Watch:

The second law would heavily fine any government-funded institution, & including municipalities that provide health and education, for  commemorating the "Nakba" - the Arabic term to describe the destruction  of Palestinian villages and expulsion of their residents after Israel's  declaration of independence - and for expression deemed to "negate the  existence of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state."

"These laws threaten Palestinian Arab citizens of Israel and others with  yet more officially sanctioned discrimination," said Sarah Leah Whitson,  Middle East director at Human Rights Watch. "Israeli parliamentarians  should be working hard to end glaring inequality, not pushing through discriminatory laws to control who can live where and to create a single  government-approved view of Israel's history."

Please take the time to read this excellent article in The Independent written by Ben White on March 21,, 2012 titled: “Israel: Segregation, discrimination and forced displacement”.  The article covers investigations and reports of international organizations that document deliberate racial discrimination against Non-Jews in Israel.

Based on the above findings the world community must declare Israel GUILTY of these four crimes and thus must face prosecution at the International Criminal Court.

1.  Ethnic Cleansing

2.  Genocide

3.  War Crimes

4.  Crimes Against Humanity

Israel has no right to do this, and is responsible for the deaths
of thousands of kids, and the imprisonment of same.

The U.N. Security Council on April 28, 2006 adopted Resolution 1674 which “reaffirms the provisions of paragraphs 138 and139 of the 2005 World Summit Outcome Document regarding the “Responsibility to Protect” populations from genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity."

The resolution commits the Council to military action to protect civilians in armed conflict.

An automatic U.S. Veto will ensure Israel is never taken to court for anything, not even for killing U.S. citizens or military personnel (U.S.S. Liberty 1967).

Thus the single most powerful strategy that is in our hands, around the world, is to join the international movement of “Boycott, Divest, and Sanctions” against Israeli products and against any international company operating in the Occupied Territories.  B.D.S. has had several successful campaigns but it needs to be a mass world effort to have an effective mpact.   This is a peaceful civil action that all citizens individually or collectively can do in every country possible.

It’s time to put a stop to the American-European-Israeli-Arab supported Israeli occupation of Palestine.

Visit the BDS site: ‘Boycott, Divest, and Sanctions”

The question always is do we have the will, the courage, the faith, and the strategy to accomplish this?  Yes we do, we must, for the sake of world peace.

The day Israel falls there will be a shout of joy and freedom around the world that mankind has never heard before nor will hear again.

Prophet Mohamed said: "If you become business men (invest in the stock market, raise cattle and farm the land, and leave the Jihad/resistance/fighting for Allah's (God) sake, Allah (God) will humiliate you and he will not lift that humiliation until you revise your religion". [narrated by Abu Dawood book vol. 3 hadith number 3462] I think one would have to be blind and deaf to not see what has become of the Muslim world since they've chosen to pursue the economy, put down their weapons and attend one way negotiations at the table of an evil enemy who invaded their kitchen, has his foot in their mouth and wants to negotiate with the invaded party on how much of that kitchen to give back. An enemy who is not interested in anything else except usurping more Muslim land and more Muslim natural resources as well as holy sites. I guess the Zionists along with the U.S gov and all their allies see Muslims as less than fully human. Anyway, those words of wisdom up there came out of the mouth of an angry Palestinian chick that I met when I went out on a free Palestine march two years ago when I was in Europe. What was taken by force can only be taken back by force; plain and simple. That's my advice to the Muslims. Freedom is not free !
