(QUINCY, Wash.) - An Amber Alert has been issued in the state of Washington for a small boy. Police say the child's father, along with three to four other Hispanic males considered to be armed and dangerous, took the child from his residence in Quincy, Washington in Grant County, possibly en route Mexico. The abduction was reported this morning at 3:09 a.m. in Quincy, Washington. Police say that if you have information about the case, you should please CALL 509-762-1160 or 911. The victim is one-year old Noah Hernandez. He has brown eyes, he is about 2 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs around 40 pounds. Police said a photo was not immediately available. The suspect is the boy's father, 22-year old Hernandez Velasquez. He has black hair and brown eyes, he weighs approximately 150 pounds, and stands 5 feet, 3 inches tall. Identity Features: black goatee, multiple tattoos Clothing Features: No Information Provided The suspect vehicle is a maroon 2006 Cadillac CTS with Washington license plate # 791ZBS.
