The scientists are still obsessed with gravity and heat generated by gravitational flexing.

(SAN DIEGO) - The obstinate rejection of my electromagnetic concept is apparently over but the continued stubborn adherence to old beliefs is hindering the explanation of many remaining mysteries. For instance, in the Jan. 5, 2014 program “Fire in the Sky”, the narrator said: “Magnetism is nature’s most mysterious force. Only now are we beginning to understand how it shapes the cosmos. Mega-flares make magnetism visible. It shines a light on the incredible power of magnetic fields; fields that play a fundamental role in the universe. They impose order on chaos. Now we’ve discovered that magnetic fields even permeate empty space. This is a magnetic universe.”

This should make my 1978 concept notable in any science publication. Especially in review of the letter I received almost 30 years ago from JPL scientist Stephen J. Edberg dated May 13, 1986 in which he stated: “The invention of a new and un-measurable (by your own admission) phenomenon - ‘magnetic field currents’- is not necessary. Until you can provide predictions of new phenomena that cannot be explained by physics as presently understood your ideas will not be incorporated into the body of physical knowledge. The essence of scientific advancement is the increased understanding of more phenomena; your ideas so far do not offer this.”

I received similar rejections of my concept from many other scientists and professors to whom I have written and spoken to in person since 1978. Now we are beginning to learn of the profound advancements in science I have been trying to instigate with my electromagnetic concept for almost 40 years.

I did not write to or discuss with patronizing or arrogant people who already believed they already possessed the ultimate knowledge simply because I like to write to or talk to strangers. I thought they were overlooking or ignoring an important factor in science. Obviously, recent discoveries have proven that I was right and had a good reason to try to apprise the scientists of the importance of electromagnetic energy.

Prof. Lawrence Kraus, theoretical physics of science, Arizona St. Univ., said: “What’s amazing is that this thing that is invisible, magnetic field, plays such an important role on every aspect of the universe. Magnetism plays a role on every scale of the universe; changing the dynamics of objects and making the universe a violent and interesting place.”

The program's narrator says solar flares erupt across the Sun’s surface; Gigantic explosions on an unimaginable scale.

“Solar flares often lead to clouds of electrified plasma called coronal mass ejections. Magnetism: The same force that powers a simple compass fuels the biggest explosions in the solar system. These are the biggest explosions in the solar system yet the force behind them is simple. The Sun has an immense magnetic field. The energy stored in this field powers solar flares. Huge magnetic arches rise into space. When two fields cross it triggers a magnetic short circuit. This is a solar flare. Solar flares often lead to clouds of electrified plasma called coronal mass ejections”.

It is encouraging to see the statement “clouds of electrified plasma” instead of the common report of “thousands of tons of electrified particles”. A solar flare stimulates the gasses from its atmosphere to a glowing state of excitement, not particles from its surface.

In a related program on the Science channel March 14, 2014 titled “Sun flares and Geomagnetic storms”, the Narrator said: “Jupiter is 2.5 times more massive than all of the other planets in the solar system added together. It’s also home to gigantic mega-storms. Jupiter’s high speed rotation drives vast bands of counter-rotating clouds. Colossal storms build about the boundaries and the great red spot is the biggest of them all; the oldest storm in the solar system; 15,000 miles across and over 300 years old. Around the edges of the red spot, turbulent winds rage at over 300 miles per hour.”

Prof. Adam Showman, Planetary Scientist, U. of Arizona, says the great red spot is a giant vortex, “...meaning that there’s a high pressure center with winds that swirl around the edge. In that sense the great red spot is a little bit like a hurricane.”

The TV program states that this is a different type of hurricane. “On Earth hurricanes feed off heat from the ocean. When they hit land they start to die. On average they last only about a week.”

According to Prof. Showman, Jupiter does not have land, “Jupiter is a completely gassy planet and the friction there is very weak and so the vortex like the red spot can last indefinitely because there’s nothing to slow it down.”

In order to keep going, the show's narrator states... “all the red spot needs is a power source. On Earth, that’s ultimately the heat from the Sun. But Jupiter is five times farther from the Sun than us. Heat from the Sun is not enough to drive the red spot. Instead, Jupiter has an internal power source; its own immense gravity.

“A NASA probe was crushed by pressure 100 miles into Jupiter’s atmosphere. If it continued deeper it would have reached a vast silvery ocean. Intense pressures here turn hydrogen gas into a churning metallic liquid superheated to over 40,000 degrees F... Jupiter’s interior pumps out twice as much energy as it gets from the Sun. That heat drives its massive mega-storms.”

Dr. Michelle Thaller, astronomer, NASA Goddard Space Canter, says all of the convection, all of the heat, “comes from the dense interior of the planet itself. So the bands of clouds that you see that are even counter rotating going in different directions, those are all driven by the internal heat of Jupiter itself.”

In a report on Neptune, Prof. Alex Filippenko, astrophysicist, U. of Cal. Berkeley said: “Here we can take several photographs that show the position of clouds apparently changing. Now most of that changing is due to the rotation of the planet as a whole. However, if you know the rotation rate and subtract that out that gives you the motion of the cloud relative to the planet. That gives you the wind speed. We’re seeing wind speeds on Neptune up to 1, 260 miles per hour, the fastest winds in the solar system. That’s really phenomenal.”

In a conference with a professional meteorological consultant, Virginia Bigler, on Aug. 7, 1978, insisted that the rising heat from the surface of the Earth “throws the air up and ahead of the Earth’s rotation” to create the jet stream wind that travels up to 300 mph faster than the ground speed of the Earth’s rotation. And she stated that there is a satisfactory explanation for everything related to meteorology.

There isn’t any heat from the Sun rising from the surface of Neptune and heat from the surface or the interior cannot explain the counter rotating winds on Jupiter.

Blowing winds of different speeds or different directions will soon converge or otherwise disrupt the uniform flow. A swirling 300 mph wind with 300 mph winds blowing right beside it cannot remain intact for 300 years. The only way these winds could possibly remain steady for 300 years is if they were created by a flow of magnetic field current that carries molecules of air with its flow.

Only a magnetic field current can resist the encroachment of another magnetic field into its sphere of influence for an extended period of time.

These magnetic field current flows, similar to the incredible flow of energy on the Sun, are created by the magnetic field of the planet itself, not by any interior heat. It is this obstinate refusal to consider any alternative explanations that has resulted in an unnecessary delay of centuries in solving the riddle of many of the phenomena that remain in the entire universe.

While I am encouraged by some of the recent recognition of the importance of electromagnetic energy in the universe, I am disappointed in the very slow progress in revising the very foolish explanations of the past that very clearly violate the laws of physics and pragmatic common sense.

The only way the great red spot can continue to swirl in place for 300 years is if a comet or some other mass roughly the size of the Earth impacted onto the surface of Jupiter or if there were abnormal concentrations of some sort of ferrous metal concentrated in one section of Jupiter.

Like the Earth, the magnetic field current swirling around the mass in the area will carry atoms of gasses with its flow to produce the wind. This energy will also create the colorful glow in response to the particular gasses in the vicinity.

The counter rotating bands of wind are also created by the swirling magnetic field of Jupiter. The orientation of minerals on the surface which are primarily determined by the polarity of the deposits will create the counter rotating winds as long as the magnetic field remains – which is almost indefinitely.

The scientists are still obsessed with gravity and heat generated by gravitational flexing. You can take a piece of frozen fish out of your freezer and jump on it without causing it to flex. How can they believe that planets like Io in an area where the ambient temperature is 300 degrees colder than a freezer can be caused to flex by the gravity of another planet and generate an internal heat of hundreds of degrees F.?.

The “volcanoes” of Io and the “geysers” of Enceladus are not hot lava or hot water volcanoes. They are caused by the magnetic fields of comets or other material that impacted on the surface of Io that stimulate the atmospheric gasses in the vicinity to glow creating the illusion of a volcano. These glows are similar to the glow of the aurora borealis and the rings of Saturn that are created by magnetic field current stimulating gasses to glow.

Edsel Chromie is a Detroit Michigan native who moved to San Diego in 1965. Edsel is a World War Two Navy veteran who served as a motor machinists mate on diesel electric systems where he learned about the magnetic field current swirling around the primary current flow through a wire as a part of Navy training to trace the direction of flow of the electricity in case of torpedo damage.
