Anti-Clinton Video Ad Huge With YouTube Viewers

More than 1.5 million people have already watched the video, which is included at the bottom of this story.

(SALEM) - A hugely publicized Youtube video portraying Hillary Clinton on a huge television screen addressing robot-like humans in a stark, futuristic hall is a remake of the famous Apple 1984 Super Bowl ad. The ad has been called guerrilla politics at its cleverest and had become a hit of the YouTube video-sharing Web site. The 74-second clip has recorded nearly 1.5 million views, with a huge surge in the past two days. The video's final image reads "BarackObama.com." The name of the creator remained unknown for the first days, but he has now come forward and identified himself as 33-year old Philip de Vellis, a strategist with Blue State Digital, who acknowledged in an interview that he was indeed the video's creator. The piece portrays Clinton as a Big Brother figure and urges support for Obama's presidential campaign. De Vellis said he resigned from the firm on Wednesday after learning that he was about to be outed by HuffingtonPost.com, a liberal news and opinion Web site. In the video, a female athlete tosses a hammer at the screen, destroying Hillary Clinton's image with an explosive flash. Text then reads: "On January 14th the Democratic primary will begin. And you will see why 2008 isn't going to be like '1984." Barack Obama's campaign says that in spite of the fact that the video advertises their candidate, who is a friend of the video's producer, they did not have any prior knowledge of the video before its release. The Democrat Party is the official juggernaut of political soft money, those funds coming from often unknown institutional investors in American politics, with all sorts of allegedly illegal special interest strings attached. I would like to know how Hillary made that $100,000 in cattle futures, and then why the Rose Billing records, which she testified were lost, showed up in the Whitehouse. Then it would be real swell if someone could tell me that when her sociopathic husband lied under oath in front of a Federal Judge during a sexual harrassmet lawsuit and was "disbarred", lied on television to the American people, repeatedly let Osama get away, etc. ad nauseum...that he's a great guy and it was just about a BJ and the vast right wing conspiracy (yeah they caused Billah to act that way). Tell me, was Ted Kennedy's negligent drowning murder of a young woman just about a swimming lesson gone bad? You people on the left may soon see the chickens come home to roost. It is not possible for a nation of almost 300 million to have only two ideologies. I like Nancy Pelosi and I wouldn't be voting republican as they don't count votes, they stole the last two elections, we didn't have much to do with it vote wise.
