(SALEM - AP) - Oregon's property rights law is about to take effect -- again. The Oregon Supreme Court ruling that reinstated Measure 37 will be officially recorded on Monday. Supreme Court justices last month overruled a lower court's opinion that Measure 37 violates state and federal constitutions. The voter-approved law requires governments to give up land-use rules that hurt property value or pay owners for the financial loss.
