(VANCOUVER, Wash.) - Police in Clark County, Washington say they are concerned over the location of a missing person, 75-year old Theresa Ann Fleming. She is described as a white female who is five feet tall, weighs 158 pounds, and has blue eyes and gray hair.

Sgt. Steve Shea with the Clark County Sheriff's Office says she lives in the Sifton area north of Vancouver, Washington. Her vehicle is a "Fairway Green" 1997 Chevrolet S10 pickup. It has a Washington license plate, A51718X. This is an extended cab, short bed pickup with a canopy that is the same color.

It has a "Proud to be American" bumper sticker on the rear canopy window.

The family of Mrs. Theresa Ann Fleming reported that she had left home for an unknown destination between 3:30 PM and 4:45 PM. She possibly went to recycle cans.

Shea says she was possibly seen going east on Padden Parkway from NE 137th Ave. in northeast Clark County at about 4:45 PM.

The family describes Mrs. Fleming as withdrawn and very forgetful. She becomes easily disoriented when she is outside her immediate neighborhood. Mrs. Fleming uses various medications that she does not have with her.

Leaving home alone for more than a short period of time is very unusual for Mrs. Fleming, her family said. Foul play is not suspected at this time. However, the family and the Clark County Sheriff's Office worry that Mrs. Fleming is lost on this cold evening.

If anyone sees the vehicle, they are asked to please contact 911 immediately.
