Dear Your Excellency, Vladimir Putin

Both personally and on behalf of my party, the Rwanda People’s Party, I would like to express my most sincere congratulations upon your re-election for another 6-year terms as President of Russia. At this time I wish to call upon all opposition parties to accept the results and move-on to prepare themselves for the next 2018 presidential and general elections.

It is my hope that your third term as President of Russia will provide an opportunity to strengthen the political, social and economic prosperity for the resilient people of Russia.

We believe it is in the utmost interest of the RPP to partner with your government to expand our collaboration, build on our common goals and promote freedom and democracy in our sister countries.

In the true spirit of unity and collaboration we are convinced that in working together we can achieve these goals.

You are truly deserving of the victory you have received from the people of the Russia in the most recent election. We are sure that Russia as a nation and a people will greatly continue to benefit from your wisdom and forward thinking leadership.

Yours faithfully,
John V KARURANGA, President

Deserving? It's just been proved that the ballot had been rigged . There is even video to prove this. Some things never change in Russia. In a good way, it also shows that as long as Vladmir Putin is still in power, America and Great Britain will still have a hard time in manipulating and controlling the situations in north Africa and the middle east. The Russian Government already knows what is going on when it comes to American and Israeli politics in that part of the world, and so does China. Hence their ball busting stance when it comes to America having there little tantrums over parts of the world they want to control (for Israelis interests) when it comes to political undermining, and intervention (when it comes to those people with the wrong interests at heart). Hillary Clinton rings a bell ...I bet she is bouncing of off the ceilings right now because of this. I wonder if she has lost her deal in a free yacht , free holidays in Israel, as well as new investment in Israeli interests. Never mind Hillary ...I am sure Investments in giving away F-35 fighters “FREE” of charge (thanks to American tax payers), should keep you in there good books .

While my brother Mr.John V Karuranga along with his party is entitled to his opinion and his party's position,I find it very, very odd that he and his party hastened to congratulate Vladimir Putin on his dubious election.Hasn't Mr Karuranga noticed that a considerable number of Russians rejected his victory not to mention the independent observers remark on how the field was skewed to Putin. It's pointless to denounce our homegrown dictators if we go somewhere else and extoll other people's dictators.

Forgive me brother, but it's sheer hypocrisy.
