Keizer Police Seeking Assistance in 2004 Unsolved Homicide

A $1,500 reward is being offered by Phillip Johnson's family.

33-year old Phillip Johnson was killed in 2004.

(KEIZER, Ore.) - Keizer Police officers were dispatched to a report of a shooting at 1845 Claxter Road NE in Keizer. The victim, Phillip Lynn Johnson who was 33-year old at the time, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives from the Keizer Police Department have continued to investigate this incident. Sgt Lance Inman with Keizer Police says that in an effort to assist Detectives in the investigation, the family of Phillip Johnson has offered a reward of $1,500.

"The reward is being offered for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person or persons responsible for Phillip Johnson’s death."

"This has been an extensive investigation spanning the last three years," Inman said. "We are asking for the public’s help in providing any information regarding this homicide and the persons involved."
